Roast Salmon with Parmesan Cheese Crust
This is one of my favourite dishes to make because it’s so easy, and yet tastes so good.
The fish only takes 5 mins to prepare and 15 mins to cook in the oven. And the results are impressive.
Crunchy tasty crust with deliciously soft flakey salmon.
If you’re serving this at a dinner party, you can prepare the fish and crust mixture beforehand and lay them out on a tray. When it’s time to eat, just pop the tray into the oven for 15 to 18 mins (depending on the size of the fillets) and you have a delicious main course all set!
