Chicken Satay.
Some types of food are really close to heart. Satay is one dish that always makes us happy.

Sure, it wouldn’t be as authentic as what we used to have at satay club. Unless you want to start a charcoal fire and add lots of fatty chicken meat to your satay, it ain’t gonna taste exactly like the real thang.
This is done IN the house, using an oven grill. Fuss free, easy clean up. No smokey house.
But trust me, especially if you are overseas, this will satisfy the cravings for a long while. Plus, knowing me, I’ve made a step by step tutorial on how to make it, and used lots of cheating short cuts too. =)
