Seafood & French Beans with XO Sauce
I love XO sauce.
I bring lots of it back to NZ when I leave Singapore. We love this rich dried shrimp and dried scallops concoction.

I cook with XO sauce at least twice a week. I have 101 ways to eat it. With fried rice.. in stir-fries.. tossed with pasta…
This is one dish that we really enjoy. It’s takes just about 10 mins to prepare and cook. Cooking cannot get easier than this. The magic is in the XO sauce!
Serve this with rice for a fabulously luxurious meal.
