Flemish Style Asparagus.

This was a delicious dish that I had at a cooking class and I absolutely loved it.

It’s traditionally made with white asparagus, but we couldn’t find any in South Africa and substituted with large green asparagus.

It’s served with a simple, rich sauce made with butter, lemon juice and eggs.

This dish makes a wonderful, easy starter that would go well with any main course.
